Me and Jeff Gallway at his Omaha Marathon running clinic. He is an Olympian and I look slightly high.
If you ever have a chance to hear him speak or to attend one of his seminars I highly recommend that you do. He is very interesting and his clinics sum it all up for you. Its one thing to read about his methods and another to hear him explain in person. I was able to ask a lot of questions and talk to him afterwards.
I even got him to sign one of his books.
I am such a groupie.
