Brisk walk for 5 minutes. Run for 3 miles or 30 minutes.
Today was a huge success since I ran 3.1 miles.. a 5K. Woooo Hoooo!
I did everything differently than I normally do. I listened to slower music, reduced the speed on the treadmill, ran in the evening instead of the morning, ate different foods, drank more water, and then had a teaspoon of peanut butter before running.
I don't know if it was one of those things or all of them, and I was pretty slow at 43 minutes, but who cares!
I ran my own personal 5K today!
