Week 4 Day 2 - 9/11/09

Brisk walk for 5 minutes. Run 3 minutes, walk 90 seconds, run 5 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes, run 3 minutes, walk 90 seconds, run 5 minutes.

I ran.
I ran so far awaaaaay. I couldn't get away.

Yes, I am a bad blogger and forgot to write about W4 D2. I think it was so bad that I made myself forget. But a bonus to anyone who can name the song and artist of my post.
