Monday - 12/21/09




Interval training: 10 minute warm up, 90 seconds at 80%+ MHR, 3 minute recovery at 60% MHR, repeat reps for 20 minutes, 5 minute cool down.

Everyone says that running on the treadmill is supposed to be easier than running outside but I completely disagree. I think the treadmill is so much harder and downright painful. I hate it so much that I am tempted to put on Chris's cold weather military gear and run outside even though it literally below freezing. Problem is that I think I would get frostbite quicker than I can run 5k.
I swear the next day that it is over 32 degrees I am running outside. Wind or no wind, Snow or no snow, I am out there!
