Long Cardio - 1 hour of aerobic exercise, MHR 60 - 70%
Nothing really exciting about this walk and I watched Star Wars which helped pass the time. I tried to go a little faster walking to get in more mileage but there is only so fast you can walk before it turns into running. So my stats and mileage are about the same at the last long cardio.

time - 10 minutes
Total miles - 4.5
Total time - 1 hour 10 minutes
