Flyball Tournament.
My nutritionist/coach says that a weekend of Flyball counts as exercise! Woo Hoo. God knows I am utterly exhausted and my legs, back, feet, and knees hurt after the weekend.
Saturday the tournament went from 7:30 am until 5:30 or so on Saturday and then 7:30 until 4:30 on Sunday. It was a lot of sprinting, bending down, jumping up, and then running up and down the lanes.
I should have worn my foot pod to see how much I walked and ran!
